Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the relationship in which KARMA holds your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about how personal information is used and shared.

Submit a request

Email Admin@karmabrokerageinc.com with the subject “Privacy rights request.” Include your name, company, account email, the right you want to exercise, and the state or province where you live. Do not email passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, payment card data, or copies of identity documents unless KARMA gives you a secure method.

Verification and authorized agents

KARMA verifies requests using information already associated with the account. An authorized agent may submit a request when permitted by law, but KARMA may require proof of authority and direct verification with the account holder.

Limits and retained records

KARMA may deny or limit a request when the information cannot be verified, belongs to another person, or must be retained for an active shipment, agreement, fraud prevention, transaction record, tax, insurance, safety, claim, legal obligation, or legal defense. KARMA will explain the applicable reason when required.

Appeals and questions

If you disagree with a response, reply to the decision and state that you want an appeal. KARMA will provide further instructions available under applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising an applicable privacy right.
