Website Terms & Conditions

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms govern this website and public quote tools. Signed broker–shipper agreements, broker–carrier agreements, and shipment rate confirmations govern the transportation services they cover.

1. KARMA’s role

KARMA BROKERAGE INC is a property broker registered under MC-1008865. KARMA arranges transportation by authorized motor carriers and does not represent that it operates the carrier’s equipment. A quote request is not a booking, tender, or guarantee of capacity.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate information, protect verification codes and account access, and use the services only for lawful freight activity. You may not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests, impersonate another party, upload malicious content, or use the service to facilitate fraud or unauthorized rebrokering.

3. Quotes and shipment instructions

Planning estimates can change after route, equipment, commodity, accessorial, capacity, insurance, and appointment review. A shipment is accepted only through a written confirmation or other clear written acceptance by authorized parties. Safety requirements and applicable law control over any instruction.

4. Electronic records

You consent to electronic communications and records when you use account verification, agreement signing, quote acceptance, and document tools. Keep copies of signed agreements and confirmations for your records.

5. Website information

We work to keep information available and accurate, but maps, mileage, market information, arrival times, and automated assistance are planning tools. Confirm facility access, truck routes, cargo requirements, pricing, and deadlines with KARMA.

6. Ownership and acceptable content

KARMA owns or licenses the website, branding, and platform content. You retain ownership of information and documents you submit and grant KARMA permission to process and share them as needed to provide requested brokerage services.

7. Availability and liability

The website may be updated or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, KARMA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, or inability to use, the public website. This clause does not limit duties that cannot legally be limited or obligations in a signed transportation agreement.

8. Governing law and contact

New York law applies where it is not preempted by federal transportation law. Venue is in the appropriate state or federal court in Westchester County, New York, subject to mandatory law. Questions: Admin@karmabrokerageinc.com, 217 Mortimer St Apt 2, Port Chester, NY 10573.
