This notice explains how KARMA BROKERAGE INC collects and uses information through its website, TMS, carrier, shipper, broker, and driver portals.

Information we collect

We collect account and business contact details; company, operating authority, insurance, tax, and onboarding information; shipment, location, quote, payment, invoice, claim, agreement, signature, document, and support records; and security data such as verification events, device information, IP address, audit logs, and passkey identifiers. Driver location is processed only when location sharing is enabled for an assigned load.

Why we use it

We use information to verify accounts and authority, arrange and monitor transportation, prepare and sign agreements and confirmations, communicate shipment events, prevent fraud, maintain records, handle billing and claims, comply with law, protect users, and improve system reliability.

How information is shared

Information is shared only as needed with the broker, shipper, carrier, driver, customer, service providers, insurers, payment and communication providers, mapping providers, and authorities involved in the relevant account or shipment. KARMA does not sell personal information for money and does not use the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Address suggestions

When you use an address field, the text you enter may be sent through KARMA to Google Maps to return matching address suggestions. You may always enter an address manually. The address you select may be saved with your quote or shipment request and shared with the parties arranging or carrying that shipment.

Retention and security

Records are retained for operational, contractual, audit, tax, safety, insurance, claims, and legal requirements. Retention varies by record type and legal duty. KARMA uses access controls, verification, encrypted transport, scoped account permissions, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update account information, stop optional driver location sharing, request eligible account deletion, and exercise applicable privacy rights. Some transportation, transaction, security, tax, claim, and legal records must be retained.
